The rate for a digital subscription is Members $160 Candidates (who will be asked to verify) $80. If you would also like to receive a hard/paper copy it is an additional $30 to cover the whole year.

To join, you just need to follow the below instructions, fast and straightforward it only takes a few minutes:

• Click here to confirm with our database PaDS you are an APSA member or candidate.
• You will see something like this:

• If you already use PEP or have subscribed to the IJP recently then when you put your credentials in, the system will recognise you. If you can’t remember use the pw retrieval feature or if all else fails create a new account.
• Once you have registered check and if necessary update your Billing and Delivery addresses by clicking on the “Change your details” button. Once this is done please do go back to your Home Page and click on the “New IJP Order” button.
• On the next page please do select “JV103” which gives you your subscription. In the case you would like to subscribe to the paper edition as well please tick the box next to “PV103”.
• After having read the Terms and Conditions do tick the box to confirm you agree with those.
• Click on “Next”
• Enter your credit card details and click on “Confirm”.
• You will receive a receipt with instructions for access. Keep a note of your PaDS Username and Password for future use and do update your email if it changes.

Please note that some institutes have special agreements for even lower subscription rates. In case you are part of another organization or institute please check with them if that might be the case.
